Taking over the former Carluccio’s unit, Slim Chickens brings its famed Southern-inspired menu of chicken tenders, wings, and shakes to the Surrey Shopping Centre. The new restaurant offers a range of dining options, including eat-in, takeaway, outside seating, and delivery via popular apps such as Deliveroo, making it a welcome addition to the growing food and beverage offering at The Heart.
Why Media, known for its strength in Shopping Centre Marketing and Digital Marketing Campaigns, worked closely with the franchise owner and the Slim Chickens head office in the run-up to the launch. The agency delivered a comprehensive pre-opening marketing strategy, which included an extensive social media campaign, targeted digital promotion, and community engagement initiatives.
